A10 Preeth's Beet Dinner (for dad)

Here's the tasting menu we had for Preeti's birthday.

First course...beet carpaccio, black garlic, golden beets, arugula, berries and lavender flowers


Second course...beet liquid brown butter ravioli, beet chips and berries


Third course.... Beef ribs, beet risotto, beet greens


Fourth course....beet soft serve, blueberries, sugar cone and goat cheese
