Our staple has mainly been cheese, crackers, fresh fruit and dark chocolate. We've dined out three or four times here in Florida. Last evening we ate at Rainbow Paradise, a Chinese restaurant. I had Hunan eggplant with jasmine rice; Raphael's dish, curried scallops, was much more exotic. We shared a slice of double chocolate cake to finish.
The othe evening we had a Salvadorian meal. I had a tamale and fried plantains; Raphael had shrimps, black beans and rice.
